Hey there! I’m so excited to see you for your appointment at Insula Hair Studio (located inside pro beauty suites' building). To make sure everything goes smoothly, here’s what you need to know:
1. Prep Your Hair
For color / highlight services, please come with semi-clean hair—not too oily or dirty. For root touch-ups appointments please remove any tinted root sprays. This helps us get full coverage & the best results for your look.
2. Arriving at the Studio
When you enter the pro beauty suite building, feel free to browse the store or grab a drink at the café—it’s all part of the experience!
3. Checking In
Once you’re here, you’ve got two options:
- Check in virtually: Just send me a quick message to let me know you’ve arrived, and I’ll come to greet you.
- Walk over to Unit #15: That’s where you’ll find me.
4. Securing Your Appointment
To secure your appointment, a credit card is required. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the appointment cost. Rest assured, all credit card information is securely stored through Stripe's payment system.
